                                     It is health that is real wealth.................




                                         


Craving for immaterial things will not have to do anything in our lives.  Health plays a crucial role, without having a proper health we  are undefined, unbound to achieve any of our goals. Meditation, Yoga, Walking, Jogging are all the best medicines for a fit and healthy body. Hence it is better to start doing these exercises  daily  religiously and eat the right to stay fit and healthy. Also it is good to cut down the intake of junk foods, they only do good to our  taste buds but in-turn harm a lot to our body.
